Machine is back humming along once again. My rubber rollers had warped and Andy replaced/upgraded them and the turnaround time was negligible. Definitely don’t hesitate and just go for the upgrade/replacements. Well worth the time and money in the long run for a problematic issue from the Cricut makers.

I really panicked when I realized that the company was no longer repairing machines and that I wasn’t going to be able to tackle replacing the rollers on my own. Since I purchased my unit secondhand it was out of warranty with a known defect of warping rollers and didn’t come with the original packaging!! After doing some research online I discovered Cricut Doctor! The reviews were outstanding and the price was reasonable!! For a total of $140 I received a shipping box and packing materials along with all shipping costs included!! I dropped it off at my local UPS Store on a Monday and it was delivered back to my home on Tuesday of the following week looking like new!!

The blade was placed in the front storage unit inside a plastic bag to prevent it from coming loose and getting lodged inside the machine. This is why we request multiple times that you do not send it in with the unit

Andy replaced the rollers (which shouldn’t break down like the original ones since he makes them himself!) the same day he got my Cricut. My Cricut gears were totally stripped! It would not move from the right most area – flashed RED – critical error. I couldn’t reset it – recalibrate it – nothing. Called Cricut customer service and they had me try a few things and said – it is toast. I said can I get it repaired? Nope! They don’t do repairs…..then I found the Cricut Doctor. He fixed it! It works perfectly and even gave me extra gears! Turn around was about 2 1/2 weeks total. 5 stars this man!

I sent my Cricut maker3 in as required in the box it came in. It was less than a week turnaround that I received it back in complete working order. I can see the replacement part but it works fine and I did not have to buy a new machine. Andy is really great and easy to talk to and get an order processed with. When I receive my Cricut back and Andy shipped it better than how I shipped it because I did not think of using a pool noodle to keep the gear from moving. I wanted to wait a couple weeks before putting this review out because even though everything went perfectly I wanted to use the machine a while to see if there would be any problems. I have done several different projects of paper glitter, iron on, and everything is working great. I did recalibrate the blade and the machine wanted to be re-downloaded into the Wi-Fi system and computer, but other than that everything perfect. And before the fix my blade settings were getting deeper and deeper for my materials, and I didn’t know why, after the fix it made sense of why it was doing that. Now my blade is at the right correct depth for the settings of the Cricut software.

I got taken with a purchase of a Maker 3 on Marketplace, and it didn’t work (Good thing I got a great price on it). When I googled where to get it repaired I found no one near my location but the Cricut Doctor popped up. I made a quick phone call, talked to a very personable man, and set up a shipment to send the Cricut in to get repaired. I was nicely surprised to get it back so quickly. The only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star is I had to pay an extra $30 shipping because I live in Washington State. I do highly recommend them and appreciate them answering their phone (some of us are old school and like to hear a voice and feel comfortable with an online business), their quick service and getting the machine back to great working condition.
