Info and pricing

It’s time for our Christmas holiday schedule! We’ll be taking a break from December 8th to December 15th, and again from December 24th to December 30th. Our website will remain open for orders during these periods, but please note that labels and boxes won’t ship until the following week. Shipping will continue as usual since we use a third-party service. Happy holidays

When placing an order, please check your spam folder, as many email servers block emails from small companies.

The repair process can be initiated by clicking the “Start Repair Order” button below. The current rate for repairs is $100 for all lower 48 states, except California and Washington state, which have a rate of $130 due to extra shipping costs. This rate includes all labor, parts, and shipping both ways.

Please ensure that you use the original box that your Cricut came in (just the retail box), and do not double box it or wrap it with paper. If you do not have the original box, you can use the “Buy a Box” option. Sending your unit in any other box will result in an additional fee to cover the extra shipping.

We will email you a shipping label within 24 business hours. Please note that our business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Cricut does not sell replacement parts. Therefore, all repairs are completed using recycled parts except for rollers that are manufactured here at Cricut Doctor and standard electronic parts.

Please note the issue you are having in the “Notes” section during checkout. Also, if you are having multiple issues with your machine, you must list all of them. If we make repairs to your machine and miss something that you did not mention, we will gladly do additional work on it; however, you will be required to pay the additional shipping costs.

We guarantee all repairs for 30 days. Some units cannot be repaired due to the unavailability of proprietary chips. If your machine falls into this category, we will issue a refund minus a $30 charge to cover return shipping. If you do not want the machine back, we will recycle it for you and issue a full refund.

If the power button turns red immediately after plugging in your Cricut machine, it indicates that the motherboard is bad and unfortunately, the unit cannot be repaired.
